3. Enrollment & Eligibility

Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information (educational, personal, financial, and legal documents).

Misrepresentation, forged documents, or false commitments will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payment Terms

Students may choose upfront full payment or installment-based payments for courses and services.

Once paid, fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal, non-completion, or failure to secure a placement.

Delayed or missed installments may lead to suspension or termination of services.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Cancellation of enrollment by the student will not release them from their financial obligations.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline and professionalism. Greatship Management reserves the right to terminate enrollment without refund if a student:

Misbehaves with staff, trainers, or peers.

Provides false documents or misleading information.

Violates rules, disrupts classes, or damages reputation of the company.
7. Data Privacy & Use of Information

We collect personal and financial information to facilitate admission, placement, and government documentation (CDC, Passport, etc.).

Information may be shared with authorized third parties (shipping companies, cruise lines, training partners, government authorities).

Students grant consent for Greatship Management to use their success stories, testimonials, photos, or videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability

Greatship Management is not responsible for the final hiring decisions made by shipping companies, cruise lines, or third-party employers.

We do not guarantee salary levels, contract lengths, or international travel permissions (visa, immigration, etc.).

Students are responsible for meeting employer requirements (medical, background verification, documentation).
9. Intellectual Property
All study material, training content, and resources provided by Greatship Management remain our intellectual property. Students may not copy, distribute, or share without prior written consent.
10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India, and governed by Indian law.
